Essential Performance Pack

To make planning your course of studies easier, we have grouped the training into two levels. Choose the level that best meets your need.

  • LEVEL 1 - For those new to ADP Canada applications, these learning modules include everything you need to get started. Or, for those of you who simply want to brush-up on current skills, the Level 1 series offers an excellent opportunity to do so.
  • LEVEL 2 - This series is recommended for those who are comfortable with their ADP Canada application but wish to optimize its use for greater benefit.Please note that not all products offer level 2 training

pay@work Basics provies introductory information about the product and prepares you for your first payroll input. This course will guide you through the steps of payroll processing in the application. You will discover what data is required. Learn how to enter information for a new employee, make permanent changes to employee records, input hours from time sheets, update manual cheques for tax form reporting, and run basic edit reports to verify your current payroll input.

The pay@work Basics webinars provides introductory information about the product and prepares you for the first payroll. You will learn to effectively navigate people@work and maximize your understanding of filters, Help options and code tables. You will become familiar with the type of data stored in people@work and create, copy and manage person records. You will understand the value of Tasks and will be able to set up default values and email and letter templates.

In this course, explore an overview of integration, view elements of Performance Pack and learn how to identify an integrated employee and integrated data. Specific emphasis will be placed on Action Management and you will learn to define or modify action groups and use the Action List. This workshop will also teach you to hire and terminate an Integrated employee and identify the mandatory entries to successfully process these events. Learn how to recognize changes that impact the opposite application, confidently change information for an existing integrating employee, and run an audit report to view all changes in the Action list. This web-based training will help you to understand the basic concepts of your Performance Pack Essentials product. By using simple instruction techniques, demonstrations and real life examples the learning will help teach you how to use our products in the context of a real business environment.

You will learn how employee information is accessed and stored in Performance Pack. Specific emphasis will be made on Action Management and you will learn to define, add and modify Action Groups and identify and utilize the function of the Action List Utility. This workshop will also teach you to hire and terminate an Integrated employee and identify the mandatory entries to successfully process these events.
