To make planning your course of studies easier, we have grouped the training into two levels. Choose the level that best suits your skills.
- LEVEL 1 - For those new to ADP Canada applications, these workshops include everything you need to get started. Or, for those of you who simply want to brush-up on current skills, the Level 1 series offers an excellent opportunity to do so.
- LEVEL 2 - This series is recommended for those who are comfortable with their ADP Canada application but wish to optimize its use for greater benefit. Most of theses workshops indicate a prerequisite. Please note that not all products offer level 2 training

This workshop was designed to help you maximize the use of your valuable database. Learn how to use database information to create basic reports; modify existing reports and format reports to organize and display the information so that the layout makes sense to you. Included in the training are the tools to help you sort, group, filter and add titles to the information. Plus you will learn to export the report to a spreadsheet enabling greater flexibility when working with your data.

Learn how to set up and maintain basic benefit plans, flex benefit plans, and stepped benefits coverage and premiums. You will also learn the renewal process for premium rate increases.

This workshop is designed for those responsible for creating or administrating employee's absence policies. Learn how to setup and maintain attendance information for your employees using a basic or accrual-based attendance system, or multiple plans. Learn what information is needed for this process, the timing to consider when starting to track attendance and accruals, and how to maintain absence accruals for Year End. Find out shortcuts for implementing absence tracking if you already use other functionality in this software, and tips for reporting on attendance. Practice experiences reinforce your learning.
