ADP Canada will electronically file Tax Forms for all clients, except
T4A-RCA, to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Revenu Québec at the end of February. There is no need for you to file a summary for tax forms submitted electronically by ADP, except for the Québec Relevé 1 summary.
NOTE: Clients are responsible for completing and filing their Québec Relevé 1 summary by the end of February.
When you receive your final Tax Forms, check them for accuracy before distributing them to your employees. Ensure you have sent out or released your employees’ tax forms no later than the last day of February. All Tax Forms are hidden by default and must be released, in order for employees to access their Tax Forms in Self-Service. You set this up by accessing the Process > Year End > Tax Form Admin menu. A checkmark indicates that the form is hidden; a clear box indicates that the employee can view the form. Learn more.

For more information regarding Year End management in Workforce Now, you can register for W016- Year End for ADP Workforce Now Web-Based Training, or online tutorials are also available in the Workforce Now Support Centre.
