Receive your Annual Register in early January.
Verify and balance your employee quantitative and tax form reporting information on the Annual Register.
Ensure all employees qualify for a valid Business Number. Review the error/credit section of the annual register to identify unqualified employees. If even a single employee does not qualify, your company will not be included on the Direct Reporting tape submitted to CRA/Revenu Québec.
Balance using your Master Control and Annual Register to reconcile final Year-to-dates.
BSubmit Year End Adjustments using ADP AdjustMate for Windows software (PC input clients). Telephone Payroll input clients ONLY can use the

Submit Tax Form employee personnel information changes such as Name, Address and Social Insurance Number with your normal payroll processing. All changes will apply to both current and previous year.
Verify the Annual Register produced after each of your Year End Adjustment run(s) for accuracy.
|
IMPORTANT: Any changes to employee Business Numbers qualifiers will impact both current and previous year tax filing information. Before changing/transferring an employee from one Business Number to another, contact your Client Services group to determine what impact this will have on your Year End reporting. |
